Roles & Responsibilities

(i) Identified emerging market trends and converted insights into actionable sales initiatives                                                    

    Collaborated with marketing teams to align sales objectives with business goals

(ii) Developed and executed business growth strategies, analysed the database for resulting in consistent revenue increases and new market penetration

(iii) Built and managed high-value client portfolios across the market and able to sell both luxury and affordable properties.

(iv) Led negotiations and closed complex and high-value deals.

(v) Making outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective customers.

(vi) Look for ways to improve overall by brainstorming new ideas that streamline processes.

(vii) Achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.

(viii) Updating customer records and reporting daily sales activities.
