We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR best practices, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to partner with management to create a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from job posting to candidate selection.
o Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
o Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
o Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
o Design and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives.
o Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
• HR Operations & Compliance:
o Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
o Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
• Performance Management:
o Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
o Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
