We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive/Manager to drive our online sales and enhance our digital presence.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform(s) including website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.), and social commerce channels.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and sales analytics to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
Collaborate with logistics, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to improve e-commerce performance.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on sales, campaigns, and KPIs.
Implement strategies for customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
Manage budgets for online campaigns and platform promotions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces, web analytics (Google Analytics), SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
Leadership skills (for Manager level) to guide a small team of e-commerce professionals.
