• Explain SM Solar's products and services including rooftop solar systems, ground-mounted installations, and EPC solutions.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget capacity, and decision-making timeline.
• Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and handling incoming phone calls.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for senior management and sales team.
• Handle correspondence management including emails, letters, and document distribution.
• Support documentation preparation for proposals, quotations, and project files.
• Assist in basic data entry and maintain customer database with accuracy.
• Coordinate with installation teams and provide project status updates to customers.
• Support permit applications and government subsidy documentation as required.
• Office-based position in modern facility at Noida Sector 132.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
