Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire Government, Commercial, and Industrial solar projects in Delhi NCR, Haryana, and UP.
• Lead tender bidding processes—from identifying opportunities to submission and negotiation.
• Liaise with government departments, DISCOMs, corporate decision-makers, and EPC partners.
• Keep track of state-specific solar policies, subsidies, and tender releases.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on large-scale installations.
• Drive business growth through personal network and relationship management.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 4–6 years of proven sales experience in Solar EPC with focus on Government tenders or large commercial projects.
• Strong tender management and project acquisition skills.
• Wide network in Delhi NCR’s solar industry ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
Compensation & Perks:
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience).
• Performance-based incentives.
• Travel allowances for project visits.
